Originally bred in England, the Toy Fox Terrier was introduced to the U.S. in the 1870s. This extremely intelligent breed is often used to assist the deaf and handicapped. It also has a comical side, which dog owners have attributed to its ability to maintain its youthfulness throughout its life. Minimal grooming required.
