Shi-Chis, are a designer cross between a Shih Tzu and a Chihuahua. They are a good companion dog. Courageous, extremely lively, proud and enterprising, they give and demand affection. They like to lick their owner's faces. It is undeniably suspicious of people except for its owner. This breed does well with polite, careful children.

Although it is tempting to carry these dainty creatures about; these are active little dogs, who need a daily walk.
