The Peke-a-Pom (also known as a Pominese) is a hybrid cross between a Pekingese and a Pomeranian.

This designer mix makes for a lively little dog who is intelligent, eager to learn, and very loyal to its family. Willful, bold and sometimes temperamental. Peke-a-Poms are very brave little dogs, who sometimes think they are not so little, and won't hesitate to challange a larger dog.

Although the Peke-a-Pom makes a good apartment dog, they still need regular exercise and are happier when they get a daily walk. Their beautiful coat requires regular brushing.
