The Morkie (also known as a Yorktese or Malkie) is a hybrid cross between a Maltese and a Yorkshire Terrier. This hybrid mix is spirited, lively, playful, and eager for adventure. Morkies are gentle, loving, trusting, and devoted to their masters, but may be suspicious of strangers. They are highly intelligent and good at learning tricks. Morkies are active indoors and out. They enjoy play off the lease in a safe area and will do best when they have a daily walk . Morkies require a gentle daily brushing. AVERAGE WEIGHT: 6-9 lbs. |
