Originally from Tibet, Lhasas were held in high esteem as the watchdog for the sacred monasteries of the Dalai Lama. Their fearless devotion earned them the nickname "Lion Sentinel Dog." Playful and intensely loyal to their owners, Lhasas make excellent pets. Lhasas are odorless, danderless dogs that do not shed. They are great for those with allergies. They require regular grooming.
