The Chion is a designer hybrid between a Chihuahua and a Papillon. It is a friendly, intelligent dog that loves outdoor exercise. Socialize this dog early to other dogs, cats and humans, and don't let it get away with things you would not allow a large dog to do. Regular brushing is recommended and a daily walk is needed.
